Kingspan Light, Air + Water

At Kingspan, we aim to help architects and building owners design buildings which consume less energy and which harness the power of nature to improve occupant comfort and wellbeing.

Kingspan Light, Air + Water provides solutions for optimising natural daylight, increasing natural air flow and ventilation, and managing heat and smoke in the event of a fire.

Flat Roof Membranes

Kingspan is a market leader in the manufacture of high-performance insulation for flat roofs. Building on the fast growth in our flat roof panel offering, we have ambitions to expand our built-up offering.

Through the acquisitions of CaPlast, Derbigum and Ondura, we now have a significant platform in built-up roofing. Going forward we expect to offer single component membrane solutions and to also supply roof systems incorporating membrane and insulation, giving our customers increased warranty protection, from a single trusted supplier. Our North American presence in this segment is currently nascent. We have ring-fenced €750m of capital over the next five years, through organic and bolt-on acquisition activity.

Technical Insulation

Kingspan has innovative, ultra-performance products in both piping insulation and ducting insulation and we aim to expand our presence in these markets.

Kingspan will generate over €500 million in revenue annually from technical insulation. Since acquisition, Logstor has seen rapid growth, it supplies pre-insulated piping to district heating infrastructure. District heating is a key avenue for diverting reliance away from fossil fuel in space heating.

Today, each of these relatively new categories for Kingspan will generate in excess of €500 million of revenue on a 12 month basis.
